We offer a 2-3 day shipping option. If you’d like to use this service, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability. Please note, this option is not available for custom units.

Processing & Shipping Times:

• Standard Orders: Ships within 5-7 business days
• Custom Units (including custom color & styling): Ships within 7-10 business days

Returns & Store Credit:
We do not offer refunds. However, returns are accepted for hair that has not been tampered with, and store credit will be issued for eligible returns.
